PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY! If you “No Show” for your scheduled appointment you will be charged for the full amount of appointment 50%. If you “Late Cancel” you will be charged 50% of the total appointment amount. Please understand you must cancel 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment to not be charged. Please respect my time & others, if you are running late for your appointment please contact me immediately, & you will be given a 10min grace period. After the 10min grace period I will have to cancel/reschedule your appointment (late cancel fees will apply). This way it will not affect the scheduled appointment after you or for the rest of the day. I abide by these same rules if i am late i will contact you immediately for clear communication and not to ruin your plans for the rest of the day and offer an incentive to you as my client. Please note that if your card is not valid for any fees that may apply to you (no show, late cancel) you will have to pay for services IN FULL before re-booking.
